Glennis Harrington began her dance journey at the age of three and spent her formative years training at Level Up Performing Arts Center in Hamilton, New Jersey, under the esteemed direction of Jennifer Chin. A versatile and passionate performer, Glennis is classically trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Acro, and Tumbling.
Throughout her time at Level Up, Glennis immersed herself in a wide range of programs that shaped both her artistry and leadership. She was a proud member of the Charity Performance Team, the Beyond Ballet pointe initiative, the National Dance Honor Society, and the studio’s selective Internship Program. In her senior year, she was honored to join the Junior Faculty, mentoring younger dancers and supporting the next generation of artists.
After graduating high school, Glennis continued to share her love of dance as an instructor at Level Up for three seasons, all while pursuing her college education. During the summers, she served as the Dance Specialist at Black Bear Lake Day Camp in Millstone, NJ, inspiring children through creative movement and performance.
Currently, Glennis brings her expertise and organizational talent to the national stage as a backstage manager and awards coordinator for Ticket to Broadway, a premier touring dance competition. She continues to teach and inspire young dancers with her passion, energy, and commitment to the art form.
Miss Glennis is also a certified Acrobatic Arts Module One instructor, having successfully completed the comprehensive teacher training program covering the Acrobatic Arts syllabus. Miss Glennis is excited to bring this additional knowledge and training into the classroom, helping dancers build strength, flexibility, confidence, and strong acrobatic technique in a safe and supportive environment.
